1 – It’s a fun challenge and unlike those other January challenges it doesn’t involve any squats at all.
2 – You will eat some amazing meals; 93 meals if you don’t skip any! And that doesn’t even include the snacks!
3 – Snacks! Think of all the snacks you could eat! Accidentally vegan snacks like McCoys Salt & Vinegar crisps, Oreos and Skittles, as well as balls out purposefully vegan snacks like everything from Go Max Go, Vego and Ananda Round Ups.
4 – Perhaps you have some Vegan friends or a Vegan partner. It would be chuffing wonderful to spend one month sharing the same meals as them, maybe trying a few Vegan cafes along the way. It would be an unmissable bonding experience and I can guarantee you it would mean the world to them.
5 – Everyone has to start somewhere. We aren’t all born Vegan. This would be an excellent first step and you would have SO MUCH SUPPORT!
6 – In one month you would save approximately 17 animals from being slaughtered.
7 – Your will feel healthier. Veganism isn’t a magic wonder cure for all illnesses – vegans still get ill and can be overweight too (see point 3/veganism doesn’t mean healthy eating it just means eradicating animal products from your life!) – but you will still feel better without animal products in your system.
8 – You’ll see for yourself just how easy it is to be vegan and hopefully you’ll decide to stick with it!

10 – You’ll be able to say you love all animals and mean it too.
