WHAT I ATE IN A DAY #6

Hey Everyone and Congratulations on making it to Friday! What a bloody long week.

Thought I’d share a quick What I Ate In A Day (again a completely unplanned and honest account, I think they’re the best kind).

BREAKFAST

I’ve been feeling unwell all week so a smoothie was in order this morning. This one was banana, frozen broccoli, frozen pineapple, a little coconut, ground flaxseed and water.

LUNCH

I was absolutely starving come lunch time and when my lunch date suggested Wasabi I was so excited. Seconds after eating this Tofu Chilli Curry I was painfully full and needed a very long nap (which I had the second I got home from work!). I will never learn, this happens after every single Wasabi trip!

DINNER

Fry’s Family “chicken” nuggets and homemade coleslaw wrap with a lil BBQ sauce. Literally only managed to eat the wrap and not the extras I decorated the plate with. Very excited about having leftover coleslaw on a really (vegan) buttery jacket potato tomorrow night!
