Caramalised Chilli Tomatoes, Sautéed Garlicky Chard and Granary Toast with a Soy Latte.
We spent the afternoon with my Sister and nephews and I gave my Sister a mini Tofu masterclass. I showed her how to fry it and how to make Tofu Bacon. Tofu is definitely daunting the first few times you cook with it.
Excited to say she loved it! Baby’s first tofu!
We had Tofu fried in smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, garlic granules, tiny bit of sugar with rice, avocado and tomato served with a sauce made from tahini, lemon, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric and water.
We stopped by Club Mexicana in Camden Market for some Tofish Tacos and a Jackfruit Burrito to celebrate Tom’s Birthday.
Good lord they are the greatest. IMAGINE if you could have Club Mexicana once a day every day for the rest of your life!? That’s the dream.
