Makes 2 big portions –

For the sauce:

140g white vinegar

140g brown sugar

180g ketchup

Stir together in a small saucepan & simmer for 2 mins

mix 20ml corn flour & 20ml water in a separate bowl then slowly add to the sauce to thicken it up

simmer until the consistency becomes syrupy


For the tofu/veggies:

1 block of silken tofu, drained, chopped into squares fried in salt & pepper with a dash of soy till crispy/crunchy

1 carrot & 1/2 a red bell pepper, chopped very finely and fried in a little oil & chilli flakes

And Voila! Serve with some rice and enjoy 🙂
