WHAT I ATE IN A DAY #2

Another What I Ate In A Day born out of randomly deciding to take a picture of my breakfast. As I’ve said before, I really enjoy reading/looking at what people eat in a day so this is me throwing my hat into the ring.

 

This was by no means a very well thought out food day and it doesn’t contain any interesting meals; in fact it’s a lot less veg than I’d usually eat and it’s all a bit beige-comfort food but that’s OK for 2 reasons – this was a Monday & because it’s just darn all right OK. Also, we can pretty much just refer to this day as Bagel Day.

BREAKFAST (Top pic)

Peanut butter bagel and a cup of strong tea. Today marked the day I gave up trying to force myself to like porridge. Porridge is gross.

LUNCH

A picnic of beetroot falafel and hummus with an orange, carrot & ginger juice, sat with my friend Mel who was wearing those incredible pants in the picture above.

Later in the afternoon I made an avocado hummus bagel (this post is not sponsored by bagels).

DINNER

My absolute favourite comfort meal  Linda McCartney sausages, Tom’s homemade chips and baked beans. Bliss.
